1. Please select the relevant training according to your role.           

The training will open in a separate window, you will need to enter the code: CDSTraining_123 

Complete the training, there is a short assessment at the end where you must enter your full name, please make sure to complete this to receive a certificate (please keep a copy of this in your records) 

IMPORTANT – please screenshot and save your certificate, you will not be able to access it again after leaving the page

2. Once you have read the eCRF guidelines please click the  ‘Confirm that you have read…’ button below and complete the training log form. Forward the email confirmation you get to pantheruk@imperial.ac.uk
